Supreme Court verdict on recruitment of 69000 assistant teachers in Uttar Pradesh, appointment will be given only on the result announced in May .Uttar Pradesh Primary Education Friends Association had filed an appeal in the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court’s decision regarding the recruitment process of teachers.

Uttar Pradesh government has welcomed this decision of the Supreme Court, Dr. Satish Dwidevi, Minister of Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, said that this decision of the Supreme Court will have far-reaching consequences.

new Delhi. The Supreme Court has ruled the recruitment of 69000 assistant teachers in Uttar Pradesh. The Supreme Court has said that the examination taken for the recruitment process of these teachers will be admitted on the basis of the results which came in May.

Education friends who had filed an appeal against recruitment in the Supreme Court will be given a chance to appear in another examination. Uttar Pradesh Primary Education Friends Association had filed an appeal in the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court’s decision regarding the recruitment process of teachers.

Uttar Pradesh government has welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court, Uttar Pradesh Government Education Minister Dr. Satish Dwidevi said that this decision of the Supreme Court will have far-reaching consequences, he said that this decision of the court will provide quality education to the students.

Satish Dwivedi said that out of the 69000 teachers who are being recruited, according to the court’s decision, 31227 teachers have already been recruited and the remaining 37,000 will also complete the recruitment process soon. Satish Dwivedi told that the court has decided to give Shiksha Mitras another opportunity in the next recruitment and we have no objection even to that, we are ready to give them an opportunity.

Uttar Pradesh Primary Education Friends Association challenged the order given by the Uttar Pradesh government on 7 January 2019 regarding the recruitment process, in which the government reserved 65 percent marks for the general category students in the recruitment examination for the recruitment of assistant teachers and For the students of the class, 60 percent marks were prescribed for passing.
